cases it is unavoidable to intervene with the usage that is made of the services of Zoom, these are mentioned hereunder and define our Fair and Acceptable Usage policy
What can Zoom Wireless Internet service not be used for?
Unlawful, fraudulent or criminal activities including breach of the copyright and related activities.
Knowingly transmitting or uploading any electronic material which is known to cause, interrupt, damage,
destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment owned by Zoom Wireless or any other Internet user or person.
Willingly, launching “denial of service” attacks; “mail bombing” attacks; or “flooding” attacks against a host or network
Circumventing the user authentication or security process of a host network.
Excessive streaming that impedes other users for a long period of time
What happens if the Policy is breached?
If any use of your Zoom Wireless services constitute a breach of this Policy, Zoom Wireless may, at its option and sole discretion, either give the User notice to stop the unacceptable use(s) or terminate that member’s services (with notice as Zoom Wireless considers appropriate).
